A stalled dog-training business, back on the front page of Google and booking again inside a fortnight.
Whole Hound had gone a full month without a new enquiry. The site had slipped off the front page of Google for the searches that actually bring dog owners in.
It was built on Wix, and it showed. The design didn't sell the training, the sales journey went nowhere, and the booking flow lost people before they could even think about buying. A good business with a leak at every stage.
I modelled the client avatar, understood the buyer journey and rebuilt the marketing site around the way people actually choose a dog trainer, and fixed the terms it needed to rank for.
Bookings came off Wix and onto Acuity, set up so an enquiry turns into a booked session without anyone dropping out along the way. Then I built out the email toolkit, so that the email list stopped going cold.
Design, search, booking and follow-up, sorted as one job rather than four.
Inside two weeks the site was back on page one of Google, sitting at number two for its target keywords. New business landed at roughly five times what it had been.
Same business, same trainers. The difference was a site that sells and a booking flow that holds.
